1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Menter AI platform at menterai.co.uk, operated by Marketing Moguls, Llanelli, Wales.

By using Menter AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. The Service

Menter AI is a web-based business diagnostic tool designed for Welsh small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The platform:

• •Asks you a series of questions about your business operations
• •Generates a score across five key business areas
• •Provides a summary of your strongest and weakest areas
• •Offers a paid full results report including section scores, a missed revenue estimate, a 30-day action plan, service recommendations, and a PDF report delivered by email

Menter AI is intended as a diagnostic and planning tool only. Results are based on your self-reported answers and are indicative, not definitive. We make no guarantee that following any recommendations will result in specific business outcomes.

4. Payment Terms

Full results are available for a one-off payment of £29 (inclusive of VAT where applicable). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing payment, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.

Access to full results is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Your PDF report will be delivered to the email address you provided within 5 minutes of payment.

There is no subscription. You will not be charged again unless you initiate a new purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Because full results are delivered digitally and immediately upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds once access has been granted and the PDF report has been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your results, please contact us at hello@menterai.co.uk and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Your Responsibilities

When using Menter AI, you agree to:

• •Provide honest and accurate answers to the audit questions
• •Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• •Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform or its outputs
• •Not use the platform to harm, deceive, or impersonate others
• •Not attempt to access any part of the platform that you are not authorised to access

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, scoring methodology, questions, and outputs of the Menter AI platform are the intellectual property of Marketing Moguls. You may use your personal results report for your own business purposes but may not reproduce or share it commercially without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Menter AI provides diagnostic information based on your self-reported answers. Our scores, recommendations, and revenue estimates are illustrative only and do not constitute professional business, financial, or legal advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marketing Moguls accepts no liability for any business decisions made based on Menter AI results, or for any loss of revenue, profit, or opportunity arising from use of the platform.

Our total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the service.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the platform or these terms at any time. We will update the date at the top of this page when terms change. Continued use of Menter AI after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
